David Crowder Band – Remedy Club Tour – Live (2008)

Se intampla destul de rar ca varianta live a unui album sa sune mai bine decat varianta de studio (sau macar la fel de bine), dar cred ca cei de la David Crowder Band au realizat acest lucru! „Remedy Club Tour” este cu siguranta unul dintre cele mai bune albume live pe care le-am ascultat/vizionat.

Acest material a aparut atat pe CD audio cat si in format DVD in vara anului 2008. Daca nu as fi vazut concertul si pe DVD mi-ar fi fost greu sa cred ca intradevar este vorba de o inregistrare live. Un lucru de remarcat este diversitatea instrumentelor folosite de trupa, pe langa instrumentele consacrate merita amintite si: platanele, violoncelul, banjo-ul, „noise box”-ul, pianul rhodes, chitara hero.
Un astfel de album te face sa iti doresti sa vezi trupa live.

TobyMac – Tonight (2010)

TobyMac a lansat marti 9 februarie noul sau album, intitulat „Tonight”. Cred ca deja se poate spune despre acest material ca va fi un nou succes pentru Toby, si nu m-ar mira daca va fi nominalizat la premiile Grammy (si nu numai).

Albumul se aseamana destul de mult ca si stil cu „Portable Sounds„, si de aceasta data TobyMac oferindu-ne o combinatie de genuri muzicale (rock, rap, pop, urban, reggae) si niste colaborari interesante (John Cooper – Skillet, Matt Thiessen – Relient K, Israel Houghton).

The Marker – If You didn’t love me (radio edit)

The Marker a lansat noua versiune a piesei „If You didn’t love me” (piesa cu care a castigat Cerbul de Argint in 2009). Aceasta varianta a single-ului este produsa de George Hora. In curand vor incepe si filmarile pentru videoclipul piesei 😉 (eu il astept cu nerabdare).
